Updating & deleting assessments

This page describes all things assessment-management. Assessments are all stored in a filterable list and can be updated or deleted.

Everyone can view assessments. Only administrators can update & delete assessments.

Locating the assessment list

  1. Navigate to a patient’s profile page

  2. Click the Behaviour tab

  3. Choose the assessment type in the switcher

  4. Click the Assessments tab button


Updating an assessment

  1. Navigate to the assessment list

  2. Click the assessment you want to update

  3. Click the pen/edit button

  4. Change the details as necessary

  5. Click “Save” at the bottom


Deleting an assessment

  1. Navigate to the assessment list

  2. Click the assessment you want to delete

  3. Click the trash/delete button next to this assessment

  4. Confirm in the dialogue box
