Reseting your password

You won’t be able to reset your password if you’ve never logged in before. You must first activate your account. If you’ve never logged in, first check out this quick quide:Getting started with Melo.

  1. Click Reset passwordon the password screen.

  2. Enter the security code emailed to you.

    A code will be emailed to you for an extra layer of security. Not receiving a code? These can take a few minutes to arrive but check your spam folder in the meantime. Ensure your email address is the right one and is spelt correctly (sometimes people have several work email addresses). Still having trouble? Contact your local Melo administrator or email support@melo.health and we’ll get back to you asap.

  3. Enter a new password into both password fields and click “Continue
