Only administrators can manage tags.

Adding a tag

  1. Navigate to the Manage organisation page

  2. Scroll to the Tags section

  3. Click “Add tag

  4. Enter the name of the tag

  5. Click “Add”


Updating a tag

Updating the name of a tag will immediately be reflected wherever this tag is referenced. This action will not affect which patients are tagged with it.

  1. Navigate to the Manage organisation page

  2. Scroll to the Tags section

  3. Click update/pen button next to the relevant tag

  4. Enter the new name of the tag

  5. Click “Update”


Deleting a tag

Deleting a tag will not delete patients tagged with it. Any patients tagged with it after deletion will be untagged with it.

  1. Navigate to the Manage organisation page

  2. Scroll to the Tags section

  3. Click delete/trash button next to the relevant tag

  4. Confirm in the dialogue box
