This update brings a number of improvements based on user feedback, helping to streamline everyday workflows in Melo.
If you have any feedback or feature requests, let us know at https://support.melo.health/
Users can now edit and delete their own framework submissions and assessments.
This update comes directly from feedback across multiple organisations, making it easier to:
Correct mistakes without admin support
Keep records accurate and up to date
Work more confidently within assessments
We’ve refined the layout of frameworks with a narrower, centred container.
This creates:
A more focused, distraction-free experience
Improved readability on larger screens
Cleaner, more consistent form interactions
To help new users get started, we now send an automatic reminder email after 7 days if an invited user hasn’t activated their account.
This helps teams:
Improve onboarding completion
Reduce manual follow-ups
Ensure users don’t miss their invite
You can now access the Melo Status Page to stay up to date with system performance and availability.
